Greenhand Leadership Conference:


  1. Date: September 27, 2023; Sign in 8 AM; Start 9 AM; Concludes 3 PM
  2. Place: Camp Copass – Denton, TX
  3. Cost: $25.00 – Will be charged to your Onjudgingcard.com account
  4. Registration: On Onjudgingcard.com by September 7, 2023 at 6 pm
  5. Forms: Bring 2 forms filled out and signed to participate (Area V Health History & Area 5 Medical Release). Download forms from the Area 5 website and make copies as needed.

  1. Date: May 17, 2024; Registration 9:00 AM, Convention 10:00 AM.
  2. Place: Anna High School
  3. Number of delegates per chapter:
    1-50 = 1
    51-100 = 2
    101-150 = 3
    151-200 = 4
    201-250 = 5
    251-300= 6
  4. Courtesy Corp will be on a volunteer basis.
  5. Note: Voting delegates must be in official dress.

  1. Dates: Conference A: June 9 - 10, 2024 & Conference B: June 12 - 13, 2024
  2. Time: Check in at 8:00 – 9:30 AM, Camp begins at 10 AM, Camp will end at 6 PM of second day
  3. Place: Texas A&M – Commerce
  4. Cost: TBD per person (includes teachers, teacher’s children, spouses, etc.)
  5. Registration: On judgingcard.com Opens May 1; Closes May 15 at 6 PM
  6. Participation:
    1. Area Officers are required to be at both conferences.
    2. District Officers should attend one of the two conferences, but cannot attend both.
    3. Chapter Officers can attend either conference.
  7. Number of participants: If a chapter is bringing more than 2 officers, an advisor must stay the entire conference to help chaperone!
  8. Rules: Participants must be present for the total conference and abide by all camp rules.
  9. Forms: Forms: Bring with you (DO NOT MAIL!) 4 forms filled out and signed to participate (1. Area V FFA Minor’s Release Form; 2. Area V FFA Health History Form; 3. MRC Waiver Form; 4. TAMUC Waiver Form; and any additional forms deemed necessary at the time).
  10. What to bring: personal toiletries, towel/washcloth, hand towel, sleeping bag or one set of twin sheets, blanket, pillow and pillow case.

State FFA Convention


  1. Date: July 8 - 12, 2024

  5. Number of teachers needed for registration:
    Monday – 2 teachers; 4pm – 6pm
    Tuesday – 2 teachers; 8am – 1 pm
    Tuesday – 2 teachers; 12pm- 5pm
