  4. Registration: On judgingcard.com by September 8, 2021
  5. Forms: Bring 3 forms filled out and signed to participate (Area V Health History & Area 5 Medical Release as well as the Covid Release Form). Download forms From the Area 5 website and make copies as needed.

  1. Date: May 16, 2022; Registration 9:00 AM, Convention 10:00 AM
  2. Place: Custer Road United Methodist Church
  3. Number of delegates per chapter:
    1-50 = 1
    51-100 = 2
    101-150 = 3
    151-200 = 4
    201-250 = 5
    251-300= 6
  4. Courtesy Corp will be on a volunteer basis.
  5. Note: Voting delegates must be in official dress.

  1. Dates: Conference A: June 4-5, 2022 & Conference B: June 7-8, 2022
  2. Time: Check in 8:30 - 9:30 AM, Conference begins at 10 AM, Conference will end at 6 PM
  3. Place: Texas A&M – Commerce
  4. Cost: $85 per person (includes teachers, teacher’s children, spouses, etc.)
  5. Registration: On judgingcard.com by May 18, 2022
  6. Payment: will be charged to your judgingcard account
  7. Participation:
    1. Area Officers are required to be at both conferences.
    2. District Officers should attend one of the two conferences, but cannot attend both.
    3. Chapter Officers can attend either conference.
  8. Number of participants: If a chapter is bringing more than 2 officers, an advisor must stay the entire conference to help chaperone!
  9. Rules: Participants must be present for the total conference and abide by all camp rules.
  10. Forms: Bring with you (DO NOT MAIL!) 4 forms filled out and signed to participate (1. Area V FFA Minor’s Release Form; 2. Area V FFA Health History Form; 3. MRC Waiver Form; 4. TAMUC Waiver Form; and any additional forms deemed necessary at the time)
  11. What to bring: personal toiletries, towel/washcloth, hand towel, sleeping bag or one set of twin sheets, blanket, pillow and pillow case.

  5. Number of teachers needed for registration:
    Monday – 3 teachers; 4pm – 6pm
    Tuesday – 3 teachers; 8am – 1 pm
    Tuesday – 3 teachers; 12pm- 5pm
    Wednesday – 3 teachers; 8am – 1pm
